PROGRAMS AND SERVICES
What I help with, how I actually solve it, and the program built to deliver it.
I do not sell programs off a shelf. I solve cases. So this page moves in the same order my work does. First the problems I see most. Then the method I use to get to the bottom of them, explained in enough depth that you will understand your own body better by the end than you do right now. Then the program where that method becomes a real plan, with real testing, real strategy, and real support behind it.
Take your time with the middle. It is the part no one has ever actually walked you through, and it is the reason you are still looking.
WHAT I HELP WITH
Most people arrive with a label and no real explanation behind it. A diagnosis that names the problem but never says why it is happening, or a folder of normal results that names nothing at all. Whatever brought you here, the work is the same. Find the actual cause, then correct it in the right order.
Hormones and reproductive health PCOS · fertility and preconception · perimenopause and menopause · hormone optimization · hormone replacement and TRT · low testosterone · estrogen dominance · low progesterone · irregular, missing, or painful periods · PMS and cyclical mood changes · low libido · thyroid dysfunction and hypothyroidism · Hashimoto’s · adrenal and HPA axis dysregulation
Metabolism and weight Weight loss resistance · fat loss · stubborn or unexplained weight gain · belly fat that will not move · insulin resistance · prediabetes and blood sugar instability · metabolic syndrome · sugar and carb cravings · afternoon energy crashes · high cholesterol and cardiometabolic risk
Gut and immune health IBS · IBD · SIBO and dysbiosis · bloating, gas, and distention · constipation, diarrhea, or both · reflux and heartburn · food sensitivities and new reactions · leaky gut and barrier dysfunction · autoimmune disease · chronic inflammation · histamine intolerance · frequent illness or a worn down immune system
Energy, recovery, and performance Chronic fatigue · brain fog and poor focus · low energy and burnout · poor recovery and slow healing · disrupted or unrefreshing sleep · joint pain and stiffness without clear injury · low mood, anxiety, and stress that lifestyle changes are not fixing · skin, hair, and nail changes · performance, recovery, and longevity for people who are already well
Looking and feeling like yourself again Aesthetic and body composition goals driven by physiology rather than crash dieting · skin clarity and tone · hair thickness and growth · healthy aging and longevity · simply not feeling like yourself and wanting to know why.
Find yourself anywhere on that list and the path forward is the same. But the list is not the point. Why these problems start, and why they hold on, is the point. That is what comes next.
HOW I SOLVE IT
Here is the part you have never actually been given. Not a promise. An explanation.
Why your symptoms exist in the first place
Almost nothing on that list is a disease of one organ. Your symptoms are the visible output of systems that have drifted out of balance underneath the surface and started pulling each other down.
Think about what a single afternoon crash really involves. Your blood sugar spiked and then dropped, which pulled on your stress response, which raised your cortisol, which over time blunted your thyroid and disturbed your sleep, which the next night drove up your insulin and your hunger hormones, which made the following day’s crash worse. That is not six separate problems. That is one loop, feeding itself, and the crash you actually feel at three in the afternoon is just the part of the loop that broke the surface. Treating it with caffeine or willpower is treating the smoke while the wiring keeps arcing behind the wall.
This is exactly why you can see a different specialist for each symptom and still get nowhere. Each one is studying a single point on a loop that none of them can see in full.
Why your labs keep coming back normal
Because the standard panel measures very little, and it grades the little it measures against ranges built to catch full disease, not the dysfunction that quietly ruins how you feel.
Thyroid is the clearest example. Most providers check one marker, TSH, which is just a signal from your pituitary gland. But your thyroid health does not live in that one number. It lives in whether you are making enough thyroid hormone, whether your body is converting it into the active form your cells can actually use, whether stress and inflammation are diverting it into an inactive form instead, and whether your cells can even receive the signal once it arrives. You can have a perfectly normal TSH and still be hypothyroid where it counts, cold, exhausted, foggy, and puffy, while your chart says you are fine. The number was not wrong. It was just never the whole story, and no one looked at the rest.
The same blindness runs across the board. Your fasting glucose can read perfectly normal while your insulin has been running high for years, which means the signal driving your weight gain is screaming while your test sits quiet. Your iron can look reassuring on paper while you are functionally deficient, because inflammation falsely props the number up. In range is not the same as optimal. And optimal is where you actually feel like yourself.
Then I fix it in the right order, because biology heals in sequence
This is the single thing that separates real recovery from an expensive shelf of supplements, and almost no one does it.
You cannot optimize hormones on top of unstable blood sugar. You cannot calm an immune system while the gut feeding it is still inflamed. You cannot rebuild energy on a broken sleep foundation, no matter what you take. Each layer rests on the one beneath it. So I stabilize the foundations first, blood sugar, gut, inflammation, sleep, and nervous system, then optimize the signaling above them, thyroid, then adrenal, then sex hormones, in the order your physiology actually requires.
Done in that order, each step makes the next one work better and the gains compound. Done all at once, or in the wrong order, the interventions fight each other and you spend money to stay exactly where you are. That is the difference between my method and the supplement pile you have probably already tried.
That is the whole philosophy. Not what pill matches this symptom, but why is this symptom here at all.
THE TESTING I CAN DRAW ON
Understanding the method is one thing. This is how I actually see it.
Most practices run the same narrow panel on everyone. I work differently. I have access to a catalog of more than three thousand testing options, from routine blood chemistry to the most advanced functional, hormonal, genetic, and specialty diagnostics available, plus an in person referral network for imaging, advanced cardiac workups, and anything that has to be done hands on. I am not limited to what one lab offers or what insurance prefers to pay for. I select from the full landscape of modern testing to answer the specific questions your case raises.
That is the real advantage. Not a fixed list, but the ability to reach for exactly the right test, out of thousands, the moment your history or your early data calls for it. Here are the major categories that catalog covers.
Comprehensive blood chemistry and metabolic testing Far more than a routine draw. Full thyroid physiology rather than a single marker, fasting insulin alongside glucose and long term blood sugar, a complete metabolic and lipid picture, liver and kidney function, electrolytes, and a full blood count. This shows me how your metabolism, blood sugar regulation, and major organs are truly performing, read against optimal rather than the bare minimum of normal. It is the foundation every other test is interpreted against.
Advanced cardiometabolic and cardiovascular risk testing Standard cholesterol numbers miss most of the real risk. Advanced testing looks at particle number and size, ApoB, Lipoprotein(a), and the inflammatory and metabolic markers genuinely tied to heart disease. When a case warrants it, my referral network extends this to in person advanced cardiac imaging and workups. This reveals cardiovascular risk that a normal cholesterol panel routinely hides, often years before conventional screening would catch it.
Full hormone testing, including DUTCH Blood tells part of the hormone story. Comprehensive hormone testing, including dried urine testing such as the DUTCH panel, shows not just your hormone levels but how your body produces, uses, and clears them across a full day. It maps your cortisol rhythm from morning to night, your estrogen and how you metabolize it, progesterone, testosterone and DHEA, and the pathways those hormones travel. This is how I see why a hormone is high or low, not just that it is.
Comprehensive gut and microbiome testing A deep look at the gut, since so many whole body symptoms begin there. Advanced stool testing assesses your microbial balance, opportunistic or pathogenic organisms, digestion and absorption, inflammatory and immune markers, and the integrity of the gut barrier itself. This tells me whether your gut is driving your inflammation, your hormones, your skin, or your mood, rather than leaving you to guess through elimination diets and random probiotics.
SIBO and breath testing When the pattern points to small intestinal bacterial overgrowth, breath testing identifies whether bacteria are fermenting in the wrong part of your gut and which gas pattern is involved. This explains the bloating, distention, and reactivity that stool testing alone can miss, and points directly to the right treatment.
Nutrient and micronutrient testing A detailed look at the vitamins, minerals, and cofactors your body depends on, including vitamin D, B vitamins, magnesium, full iron status, zinc, and the nutrients your thyroid, hormones, energy production, and detoxification cannot run without. Nutrient gaps are often the quiet root cause underneath fatigue, hormone trouble, and poor recovery, and they are among the most correctable findings we uncover.
Inflammation and immune testing Markers that reveal whether your body is carrying a hidden inflammatory load and where it is coming from, along with autoimmune markers when the picture calls for it. Since chronic inflammation sits underneath nearly every condition on this site, finding it and tracing it to its source is often the turning point in a case.
Food sensitivity and reactivity testing When foods appear to be provoking symptoms, targeted testing helps identify reactions so we remove what actually matters rather than everything. The goal is the smallest necessary change, then rebuilding tolerance, not a permanently shrinking list of safe foods.
Genetic and methylation testing A look at the genetic variations that shape how you detoxify, methylate, handle nutrients, and process hormones, and where your individual vulnerabilities lie. Genetics are not destiny, but they tell me where your body is predisposed to struggle, so your plan fits your actual blueprint rather than a generic protocol.
Toxin, mold, and environmental testing When the history points to it, testing for heavy metals, mold and mycotoxin exposure, and environmental toxic burden. These hidden exposures can drive fatigue, brain fog, hormone disruption, and stubborn inflammation that never resolves until the source is found.
Metabolic, body composition, and longevity testing Deeper assessment of how your body burns fuel, how your tissue is distributed, and the markers tied to healthy aging, available through both lab testing and in person referral. This matters as much for the person optimizing performance and longevity as for the person trying to recover.
And well beyond this These are categories, not limits. Between the more than three thousand testing options I can order and my in person referral network, if a question about your physiology can be measured, I can almost certainly find the test that measures it. The skill is not access. It is knowing which of the thousands to reach for.
Not every test for every person I do not run all of this on anyone, and you should be wary of a provider who would. The right testing is chosen from your history, your symptoms, and what the early data reveals, so every panel earns its place by answering a real question. The point is never more tests. The point is the right ones, read correctly, against optimal physiology.
